Bob Jackman is a native of Utah. He graduated with a BA in Music Performance with a teaching certificate from Southern Utah University. Bob taught at Fort Herriman Middle School for four years teaching instrumental music. During that time he earned a Masters of Music from the University of Utah. He spent two years providing Microsoft operating system technical support and 7 years providing technology support for teachers to help them more efficiently use technology to help students learn. This was done while he was in college and while teaching in Herriman.

Bob loves technology and education and is excited to put the two together and help teachers use technology to improve student learning.

Heather Kinzie

Heather Kinzie,
Business Analyst

Heather Kinzie brings more than 20 years of business experience to The Chariot Group. She began her career eons ago as an intern for an IT consulting firm writing content for training manuals. This meager job led to a training job with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maryland, which eventually gave her the background to prepare her for a Human Resources career with Alaska State government.

From government, she moved into a role with Human Resources and Organizational Performance for a large Healthcare organization, which she affectionately jokes catapulted her into sole proprietorship, A Leading Solution.

Heather joined The Chariot Group in October of 2015 as a Business Analyst to provide consultation and feedback regarding communication, collaboration and organizational performance. This partnership will enable The Chariot Group and its clients to improve overall productivity and effectiveness and, ultimately, ensure they enjoy continued sustainability and profitability.

Heather offers a holistic approach to improving work processes and strategies and is able to see how all components can be fully aligned and integrated to better ensure increased employee engagement, productivity and satisfaction. She recognizes there is a plethora of hardware and software solutions/tools available for businesses and is determined to learn as much about them as possible in her role as Business Analyst.
