BalanceBox® Height Adjustable Mounts

It is a scene familiar in many elementary school classrooms: Students come to the front and sit on a colorful carpet where the teacher has them practice basic reading and math skills. In many schools today this ritual also involves students interacting with content on a SMART Board, making for a much more engaging activity.

A common problem is that younger students are not tall enough to reach beyond the bottom 6-12 inches of the board, making that wonderful interactive lesson less effective. If the school had the foresight to install the SMART Board lower to the ground, the teacher has the challenge of the students not being able to see the board while at their desk.

Now BalanceBox® has a solution! Whether it be a traditional interactive whiteboard or a newer interactive flat panel, BalanceBox’s height-adjustable mount allows that display to be easily moved up and down to meet both situations and more. The BalanceBox adjusts up or down by 15.75″ for smaller displays and 25.6″ for larger displays. In the video below, I demonstrate how easy it is to move the display and how it looks in a classroom.
